Rent of 2 BHK apartment in Brigade Metropolis?

I conducted a survey on what should be the rent of 2 BHK (~1200 sq ft) apartment in Brigade Metropolis including maintenance. This survey ran for 6 months and total of 176 people participated and here is the outcome of the survey.
> 10,000 Rs - 13%
10,0001 - 12,000 Rs - 27%
12,001 Rs - 14,000 Rs - 20%
14,0001 - 16,000 Rs - 18%
>16,000 - 19%
Clearly 27% people thinks the ideal rent of newly constructed Brigade Metropolis apartment should be in the range of 10,001 - 12,000 Rs.

    Good survey.....unfortunately the percentages are so varied and participation is so less....42 responses spread over 5 categories and almost the same percentages across the category now.....

    >10,000 Rs 4 (9%)

    10,001 - 12,000 Rs 11 (25%)

    12,001 - 14,000 Rs 8 (18%)

    14,001 - 16,000 Rs 8 (18%)

    > 16,000 Rs 12 (27%)
