Last communication from Brigade that Project has been delayed was sent through mail on 18th Sept 2007 by Brigade. Let me know if someone has received any official communication from Brigade after that.

We would like to share some of the recent road blocks faced by the construction industry.
You may be aware there was an acute shortage of cement from June ` 07, followed by the recent sand suppliers` strike apart from general truckers` strike early in the year. The industry has also been facing shortage of labour which is migratory in nature. Cement, sand and labour shortages have a cascading effect on the time schedules of any property development.
Not being an exception we have faced an overall impact of about 3 months on the progress of our projects also. However, rest assured, we are putting forth best of our efforts and resources to expedite work at all our sites to minimize the delays.

1) It mentions that the project has been delayed for 3 months but it doesn't mentions when is the next possession date?
2) I get regular monthly status mail which I really appreciate but it doesn't mentions when is the completion or possession date?
You might wonder how do we get important communication of completion date. If a new Metropolis resident joins the forum we come to know that they have been communicated distant future date (it's March 2009 as of now)
There are people who are planning their India trip based on the possession date so that they can do apartment registration, interiors, electrical works, rent etc in 1-2 weeks of vacation. How long you can postpone your trip? How frustrating it can be when you are NOT communicated when is the next possession date? How unprofessional it's for a listed company who doesn't communicates to their customer even basic thing like the possession date?
