If you don't know at what price to buy or sale Brigade Metropolis apartment then do a research on the price at which others are selling?

There is a discussion going in the comments on the price of Brigade Metropolis apartment and the range varying from 56-74 Lakhs. One should not be influenced by final figure and it doesn't mean anything.
The figure may vary depending on

• When someone bought the apartment?
  
• How many bedrooms?
• Which floor?
• What was the unit price, cost of club house and parking lot at the time of buying?
• What was the registration, electricity charges at the time of registration?

One should deep dive on different parameters to calculate the cost of the apartment. For my readers I have calculated the cost of a 3BHK apartment (1630 Sq ft) @ 2900 Rs/sq ft. This is just a number I have picked one should not assume that this is a prevailing market price. Market price can be higher or lower and also note Brigade price includes interior cost.
